Lucas Cooke

Lucas Cooke joined the Field & Game Australia Association in 2019. Prior to moving into the Chief Executive Officer role in early 2023, Lucas was the Business Manager managing operations, member and branch services for the membership and branch network.

With more than fifteen years of experience in senior business and operations management, Lucas has recently focused on strategic business leadership. He plays a key role in driving advocacy, leadership, and inclusion across all three of our core pillars. Lucas brings a deep industry knowledge and understanding, shaped by his diverse experiences in hunting, conservation, and clay target shooting. His career has taken him across Australia, and more recently the United States, collaborating with industry leaders like Delta Waterfowl and Ducks Unlimited.
